Dr. Ledlow is a board-certified healthcare administrator with over 33 years of successful practical and academic experience in leadership and management positions; his experience includes over eleven years in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, nearly three years in corporate healthcare and over nineteen years in academia. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has led initiatives in healthcare supply chain, managed care and population health integration with value-based care systems. He has successfully led multiple teams of diverse professionals, from as many as seventy-five to smaller teams, in military, corporate, educational and academic programs. Dr. Ledlow has been a founding ‘architect’ or significant contributor to the development and launch of four (4) doctor level and seven (7) master level graduate programs in multiple delivery formats at three research universities in three states. He has co-authored nine volumes of texts/books to include a nationally recognized textbook on healthcare leadership, in 3d edition (earned a Doody’s Review Service 5 Star and 100 out of 100 score) and a national level textbook on the healthcare supply chain. Dr. Ledlow is the developer of the Dynamic Culture Leadership Model, the Inter-professional Team Model called PAARP, the Strategic Relationship Assessment Model called CAAVE with an assessment instrument called the CaT© used by the Vested Outsourcing Group™, and the Emergency Preparedness Assessment System called the GREaT© System. He is Dean of the School of Community and Rural Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler and former chair and a member of the MD Anderson Cancer Center – UT Health East Texas System Quality and Metrics Group.

Dr. Kenneth Paetsch DBA, CSCM

Dr. Paetsch has many years of experience in both the academic and practitioner areas. In the academic area, Dr. Paetsch has been on the faculty of Cleveland State University (CSU) and the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS). He has a BS in Physics from CSU, a MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College, and a DBA from CSU. Dr. Paetsch currently teaches courses in Operations Management for UIS, and has taught courses in Quality Management, Project Management, Lean Management, technology and Innovation, and Business Statistics. Regarding the practitioner area, Dr. Paetsch has extensive experience with the Department of Defense, defense Logistics Agency, Cleveland field office. Dr. Paetsch held several progressively more responsible positions with ranging from performing inspection and operational audits for complex nuclear reactor components, to quality Assurance duties in wide range of products.
