Obtaining an accredited degree is absolutely essential if you hope to garner the career success you deserve. Accreditation is a process in which outside agencies evaluate a school’s programs to ensure that they meet applicable academic standards. Without accreditation, it is impossible for employers to know whether your diploma or degree is from a legitimate, reputable institution.

SIMI is a reputable, recognized, and globally acclaimed Institute of Higher Education that has successfully obtained accreditation at institutional, school, and program levels. Our career-oriented study programs are based on and are fully compatible with the established European educational systems. The European guidelines for higher education are outlined in the Bologna agreements. Compatibility is evaluated through an accreditation process via ASIC accreditation.

ECTS

European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System

The ECTS is a tool of the European Higher Education Area for making studies and courses more transparent. It helps students to move between countries and to have their academic qualifications and study periods abroad recognised. All the programs of SIMI is applied ECTS which allows credits from SIMI to be counted towards a qualification studied for at another higher education institution. ECTS has been adopted by Switzerland Higher Education Area as the national credit system.

Ofqual is responsible for maintaining standards and confidence in qualifications. Ofqual looks after GCSEs and A levels in England, and a wide range of vocational qualifications in England. Ofqual also regulates the National Curriculum Assessments in England. OTHM is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation)

ISCEA International Standard Board

IISB (ISCEA International Standards Board) is the world leader in developing and publishing the International Supply Chain Standards. IISB works with Public and Private Organizations to set Global Supply Chain Standards. IISB also works with Governments and Trade Organizations on their Supply Chain Readiness Initiatives. IISB is made up of a 24 member Board of Directors led by a Secretary-General and a President. IISB delegates are ISCEA management, instructors, key ISCEA staff members, ISCEA AKPs (Authorized Knowledge Providers) and selected members of their staff, Ministerial level Representatives of Governments, ISCEA Country Advisory Board Members, and selected group of Global Supply Chain Experts. The invitation only, IISB Bi-Annual Assembly takes place in Switzerland.
